"Panorama" attraction (Ferris wheel) located at the Baku sea boulevard territory was built by "Dutch Wheels" company. NVC LLC was involved in the construction as the subcontractor.   

NVC scope was as follow::

• Programmable lighting equipment installation

• Cabins equipment installation

• CCTV Installation

• Canopies installation

• Sound system installation

• Helping to solve all issues for "Dutch Wheels" company

Everything was completed in time and was highly appreciated by the government of our Republic.
