In 2011 by request of Boulevard Administration, NVC LLC supplied, and installed commercial LED monitor on one of the big squares at the Baku boulevard. Monitor has the ability to translate live video as well as any recorded video formats. There were special speakers installed around the square to translate the audio signal and give the surround effect for the translation. It was the first commercial monitor with the size of 8x6 meters installed in Azerbaijan. For the better appearance the frame which supports this LED monitor was manufactured from the stainless steel and for the power protection there was separate transformer installed.
