NVC conducted MEP survey at Galaalti Hotel and Spa center located in the ecologically clean region of Azerbaijan - Galaalti and compiled a full report of all shortcomings found during the survey in this hotel. Also some urgent MEP works were done to keep the hotel operational.The following systems were tested:

• Air conditioning and ventilation system (fan-coils, AHU, chiller, recuperation, split air-conditioners, etc.)

• Exhaust systems

• Water supply and treatment both of the hotel itself and of the adjacent territory

• Sewage system

• Hotel pools and the system for monitoring the quality and water temperature

• Fire alarm system, sprinklers and hydrants

• Boiler house

• Pump stations

• Artesian wells

• Generators

• Electrical system of the hotel and the surrounding area

• Lightning protection systems

• CCTV and access control systems

• TV systems

• Telephony and network infrastructure

• Control system - BMS

• Uninterruptible Power Systems

Also, complete project documentation was compiled for all disciplines, hundreds of photographs were taken and dozens of drawings were drawn. All works were completed in time.
